We love being on the water. There are all sorts of different boats &, while we treasure the familiar, we welcome & prepare for the unexpected and the unique. While reaching exciting new destinations is cool & rewarding, it really is all about the

THREE months --> to a
lifetime Our programs are designed for enthusiasts who look to share boats on our local waters. After a chance to be on the water together, our minimum commitment is THREE months and everything designed for 12 months or more represents our best value. Boats cost real $$ year round - BUT - we are blessed with year round adventures. Let's work together to make this the last club you'll ever need.
How much does it cost? We have a Basic membership at $29/month and you pay for events starting at $49 to be out on the water with us.
Ready for more? You can sail as much as you like (on our Unlimited Program) for $199/month* (based on a 12 month minimum commitment). We want this to be accessible and our magic comes from great people who pitch in.
VIP programs exist for those too busy to help out. Everyone's different - we look to include everyone who wants to be part of a group sharing great times on the water.
You can also head off with your own crew for a total of 20 days (more if you enjoy off-peak cruising) as part of an annual sharing package known as Member to Member Yacht Lease. We also have equity based membership packages. These start from a basic membership (see below)
Looking to do a big adventure? Race around Vancouver Island? Cruise to Mexico / in Mexico? That's part of our future and members of our tribe have done all of that before.

here comes the monkee!
Kim Alfreds, son of Les Alfreds, who got the original JIB SET launched back in 1965, is launched CHEEKEE MONKEE. We got a taste of sailing at 10 knots in 7 knots of wind. Then some of the tribe had tons of fun in Squamish during SOAR.

13 months ago, we were told it was unlikely we'd get insurance for our fresh program. No became yes as "no" can be a short form of "not yet"!

1965 to forever?
It all began decades ago and the foresails were red and the memories from back then ring into stories every day. We unfurl the red jibs again in 2025 and with exciting new & familiar forms.

Essential to becoming comfortable on the water is a means of practice. Some 'clubs' work to keep a hot dog and a drink at $1.50. We work to keep you on the water as much as you please for $199/month. Taste good?
